ORDINANCE I1- <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ADOPTING <br />THE 2012 MASTER FEE SCHEDULE <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br />Section 1. <br />1. Policy and Purpose: By the enactment of this Ordinance, the City Council <br />intends to establish fees and charges required by the City Code for the year 2012 <br />and to comply with Minnesota Statutes, 462.353, sub. 4. <br />2. Fees and Charges: The fees and charges for the city far the year 2012 are as set <br />forth on the attached Exhibit A. <br />3. Application: Where a direct conflict exists between the amount of a fee or charge <br />set by any provision of the City Code and a fee or charge set by this Ordinance, <br />the fee or charge set by this Ordinance applies. <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective January 1, 2011. <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 19th day of <br />December, 2011. <br />John J.
