The last time we prepared such a summary was March 21, 1997. I thought that I would <br />start this summary with a brief listing of the projects completed since the last update, followed <br />by a list that gives a brief summary of where each current project is at. These projects are in no <br />specific order. <br /> <br />1. PROJECTS COMPLETED IN 1997 <br /> <br />WWTP Major Plant Expansion <br />% Construction on the wastewater treatment plant was completed in 1997. <br /> The final pay estimate will be considered in January 1998. The final <br /> documentation in the form of an Operation and Maintenance Manual will be <br /> completed in early 1998. <br />Orono Lake 3rd Addition, Joplin Street and Lowell Avenue Improvements <br />% These projects were completed in 1997. The final paperwork and final pay <br /> estimate will be considered by the City Council in early 1998. <br />TH 10/Joplin Street Signalization and North Frontage Road <br />% This project was completed in 1997 and the final paperwork and <br /> reimbursement from Mn/DOT will be accomplished in early 1998 <br />171st Avenue Improvements <br />% This project was completed in 1997. The final State Aid paperwork will be <br /> completed in 1998 when additional monies are available for final <br /> reimbursement. <br />CSAH 1/TH 10 Intersection Improvements <br />% This work was completed in 1997. <br />CSAH 1 Upgrade from Proctor Avenue to County Road 32 <br /> <br />This project was started in 1997 and substantially completed.
