THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />SITE PLAN REVIEW OF A 60 UNIT SENIOR TOWNHOUSE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />FOR DERRICK INVESTMENT COMPANY WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />THE REZONING AND PLAT APPROVAL BE ACTED UPON BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />PRIOR TO APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. <br /> <br />COMMENTS FROM TERRY MAURER'S MEMO DATED SEPTEMBER 13, 1996, BE <br />INCORPORATED INTO THE SITE PLANS FOR APPROVAL. <br /> <br />CONCRETE CURB AND GUT[ER BE PROVIDED THROUGHOUT ALL ROADWAYS <br />THAT ARE 30 FEET WIDE. <br /> <br />A COMPLETE LANDSCAPING PLAN BE SUBMI'rI'ED FOR REVIEW AND <br />APPROVAL PRIOR TO COMMENCING WORK ON SITE. <br /> <br />THE CENTER ISLAND IN THE DRIVEWAY OFF OF JACKSON BE CUT BACK OUT <br />OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY. <br /> <br />ALL LANDSCAPED AREAS SHALL HAVE UNDERGROUND IRRIGATION. <br /> <br />THE TOWNHOUSE UNITS DEVELOPED IN THIS PROJECT SHALL CONSIST OF THE <br />FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />CAMBRIDGE- 970 SQ. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO ADOPT ORDINANCE 96-24, GRANTING THE <br />REZONING OF APPROXIMATELY 15 ACRES FROM R1C, SINGLE FAMILY, TO PUD, <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, FOR SENIOR HOUSING PROJECT OF 15 BUILDINGS (60 <br />UNITS) FOR DERRICK INVESTMENT COMPANY BASED ON THE FOLLOWING <br />CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />'1. <br /> <br />THE DENSITY OF THE TOWNHOUSE PROJECT IS CONSISTENT WITH THE CURRENT <br />LAND USE DESIGNATION OF MR (MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) AND OTHER <br />SIMILAR PROJECTS WITHIN THE CITY. <br /> <br /> <br />
