Closing hours. <br />No person shall enter or remain upon the <br />grounds of any public park within the city after <br />10:00 p.m. or before 6:00 a.m. <br />(Code 1982, § 408.00) <br />Sec. 54.32. Consumption of alcoholic bever- <br />ages on public beach. <br />No person shall consume liquor on a public <br />beach located in a city park. <br />(Code 1982, § 405.02) <br />Cross reFerence-Alcoholic beverages, ch. 6. <br />Sec. 54-33. Disturbing the peace-Conduct. <br />(a) No person or group of persons shall disturb <br />the peace in any park by either words or acts. <br />(b) No person or group of persons shall use <br />threatening, abusive, insulting, obscene or inde- <br />cent language in any park. <br />(c) No person or group of persons shall commit, <br />perform or engage in any lewd, lascivious, ob- <br />scene or indecent actin any park. <br />(d) No person or group of persons shall entice <br />or attempt to entice another person to commit, <br />perform or engage in, any lewd, lascivious, ob- <br />scene or indecent act in any park. <br />(e) Penalty. Any person violating this section <br />shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br />(Ord.
