We will locate all private and public utilities marked by Gopher <br />State One Call or shown on plans delivered to us. We will. also show all right of ways and easements and <br />adjoining property lines. The drawing will be on the Sherburne County coordinate system. Let me know <br />which vertical datum you prefer; NGVD29 or NAVD$8. <br />Based on the scope of work involved, we propose to complete the survey for a lump sum of X2700. This <br />proposal is good until July 31, 2012. We will schedule your survey after we receive your authorization to <br />proceed. <br />If the scope of work is terminated prior to completion, you shall pay Oliver Surveying & Engineering, Inc., <br />for all. time spent and all. expenses incurred up to the time of termination. <br />You will be invoiced. upon completion far our professional services and. for reimbursable expenses which <br />have been incurred. A monthly finance charge of 1 l/2rlo {annual. rate of 1$°Ic) will be made on any <br />delinquent amount due more than 30 days after the date of the invoice. Oliver Surveying & Engineering, <br />Inc. shall. be entitled to recover all costs and attorneys' fees incurred in the collection or attempted <br />collection of any amounts due hereunder. <br />We appreciate the opportunity to submit this proposal and look forward to working with you.
