This is one of those businesses. <br />Transportation/ Circulation <br />Streets -Access to the site will be via driveways off of 173rd from the north and 171St from the south. <br />Accesses off of Highway 10 were closed by the applicant. <br />Utilities <br />No changes to the utilities are proposed. <br />Landscaping <br />Landscaping was proposed as part of the 2006 submittal.
