The applicant proposes 5 free standing signs, and include signage off of 173`d and 171st and <br />three signs along Highway 10. These signs have been approved by the City Council. (Sec. 30-870 (b) 4). There is no `frontage bonus' for wall signage. *Highlighted to note a <br />minor error in the applicants narrative. <br />Given the applicants statement that they have 4 occupancies, 8 wall signs are permitted. (An occupancy <br />is defined as "means a portion of the building or premises owned, leased, rented, or otherwise occupied <br />for a given use.")
