Administrator <br /> REVIEWED BY <br />ACTION REQUESTED <br />Council motion approving a pyrotechnic fireworks display license for RES Specialty Pyrotechnics, Inc. to <br />conduct a pyrotechnic display at Elk River High School during football games on October 14, 19, and 25, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. RES Specialty shall arrange for a site inspection by the Fire Department the day of the <br />pyrotechnic display(s). <br />2. Fire Department may make necessary modifications to the permit's approval. <br />BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION <br />RES Specialty Pyrotechnics, Inc. has applied for a pyrotechnic display license in order to light a large <br />fireworks display during three Elk River High School football games. RES received approval in August to <br />conduct pyrotechnic displays during High School football games on September 1 and 23.
