Currently the water does not have an outlet <br />to drain and pools until it evaporates. Without the addition of storm drainage, the water will continue to <br />deteriorate the road surface. <br />Staff has received three quotes and they are as follows: <br />Rum River Contracting $ 11,650.00 <br />Redstone Construction $ 13,877.50 <br />New Look Contracting, Inc. $ 12,350.00 <br />Rum River Contracting has provided the lowest bid for the improvements for a total of $11,650.00. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />The improvements will be funded through the Street Improvement Reserve fund.
