(See Figure 2.) <br />Anoka-Ramsey Community College <br />(ARCC) has a campus in Cambridge <br />that offers associate degrees in arts, <br />applied science, fine arts, and science. <br />The school also offers certificate <br />programs, generally nine to 30 credits, <br />that can be completed in a year or less <br />by a full-time student. Some certificate <br />programs are .designed to provide <br />specialized programs for people who <br />already have diplomas or degrees; <br />others are for people wha wan[ to <br />quickly complete a program that leads <br />djrectly to a'specific job.
