RESOLUTION 97-_ <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT RENEWAL FOR <br /> CELEBRITY BOWL CHARITIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Celebrity Bowl Charities has made application to the State Control <br /> Gambling control Board for a Premises Permit Renewal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Premises Permit will allow charitable gambling on the premises of <br /> the Elk River Bowl at 13161 Highway 10, Elk River; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Celebrity Bowl Charities has met the City's requirement of spending <br />75% of its lawful expenditures within the City's trade area during the <br />past two years. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk <br /> River, Minnesota, that a Premises Permit for Celebrity Bowl <br /> Charities be granted to allow charitable gambling operations at the <br /> Elk River Bowl; 13161 Highway 10. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 15th day of <br />December, 1997. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Henry A.
