Residential <br />development is ~alsO allowed in the C-1 (Central Commercial) district and C-2 <br />(Office District) according to R-4 standards <br /> <br />Residential dWellings at R-4 standards are currently allowed in the C-1 and <br />C-2 districts as conditional uses. Residential development at R-4 standards <br />includes single family and two family dwellings, townhouses at 12 units per <br />structure and multi-family dwellings with no limit on the number of units <br />per structure. The C-2 (Office District) is intended to, "buffer residential <br />districts from arterial streets or from comnXercial districts and to provide a <br />district Which is compatible' with and may reasonably adjoin residential <br />districts".
