The wine tasting may not exceed four hours in duration (MN Statute 340a.418, .rubd. 2a). <br />2. No wine at a wine tasting under this section may be sold, or orders taken, fox off-premises <br />consumption (M1V Statute 340a.418, .rubd. 2c). <br />3. Receipt of a certificate of insurance including liquor liability and coverage in at least the sum of <br />$100,000 for injury to any one person, $300,000 for injury. to more than one person, and $25,000 <br />fox property damage, naming the city and the HRA as an additional insured during the licensing <br />period. <br />BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION <br />The Elk River Area Arts Alliance is requesting to hold a wine tasting in the art gallery area of their <br />building at 716 Main Street on Thursday, October 20. The wine tasting will be in conjunction with the <br />Arts Alliance "Downtown ArtCrawl" taking place that same day.
