During this time, I have had <br />several inquiries for light retail such as Soup 'N Sandwich <br />Shop, Consignment Sales, etc. I currently have a party <br />that would be interested in a purchase or lease for a Craft <br />Store, which would involve retailing craft items, craft <br />materials and conducting informational classes and demonstrations <br />in crafting. <br /> <br />I feel that this is the type of business that would fit well <br />into the changing downtown atmosphere.
