EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE <br />The Utilities will provide financial assistance to eligible employees for pre-approved <br />courses that are job related, lead to ajob-related degree, or are within areas beneficial to <br />the Utilities in its discretion and pursuant to this policy. With regard to education <br />required by the Utilities or in connection with aUtilities -approved apprenticeship <br />training program, check with a Utilities manager. <br />I. All full-time Utilities employees with at least three months of continuous <br />employment are potentially eligible for reimbursement under this policy. <br />2. The Utilities may pay up to 100% reimbursement of the costs for tuition, <br />registration, fees, books and course required materials after successful completion <br />of apre-approved course. Courses must be at accredited colleges, universities, or <br />vocational schools or be short courses conducted by recognized professional <br />training organizations. <br />3.
