At least two phone numbers shall be furnished which will provide 24-hour <br />answering by a competent technical representative of CONTRACTOR in the event <br />of an unanticipated condition requiring immediate attention. At least one person <br />should be available at all times for immediate response to the site within 2 hours of <br />being called. This person shall have authority to make field decisions for <br />CONTRACTOR. <br />2. Permits <br />a. CONTRACTOR shall submit copies of all permits to CITY a minimum of seven <br />days prior to any work activities at the Property. <br />b. CONTRACTOR shall get approval from utility companies prior to start of <br />construction. <br />C. Health and Safety Plan <br />1. CONTRACTOR shall submit to CITY a copy of CONTRACTOR's H&S Plan specific <br />for this project. The H&S Plan shall be submitted in accordance with submittal <br />procedures in Section 01330, ten days before Work is scheduled to begin. <br />PART 2: PRODUCTS [NOT USED] <br />PART 3: EXECUTION [NOT USED] <br />PART 4: MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT <br />4.01 MOBILIZATION/DEMOBILIZATION <br />A. The CONTRACTOR will be paid for mobilization and demobilization on the basis of a <br />lump-sum price that will include furnishing supervision, labor, equipment, and materials as <br />are necessary for all mobilization and demobilization activities related to the work, including: <br />mobilization and demobilization of equipment; cleanup and removal of waste and debris not <br />counted elsewhere for payment; delivery of supplies, materials, and all incidentals; preparing <br />and obtaining all permits, approvals, and record documents; preparing any submittals <br />required; arranging for marking of underground utility locations and coordination with <br />underground utility companies; establishing and maintaining all stockpiling, <br />decontamination, treatment, and temporary storage areas and controls necessary for soil <br />excavation; asbestos and lead paint abatement and regulated material removal; demolition; <br />backfill and compaction; site restoration, and all other items not specifically listed but <br />necessary to mobilize the operators and equipment in good working order and to remove <br />from the Property all materials used by the CONTRACTOR. One unit per year will be <br />counted for payment for the performance of these tasks. <br />4.02 HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN <br />A. The CONTRACTOR will be paid on the basis of lump-sum price for preparing and <br />maintaining a H&S Plan as specified in the Contract Documents.
