APPENDIX <br />A.1 Regular Full Time Police Officer/Wage Rates - 1 /1 /11 - 12131 /12 <br />2011 and 2012 Wages will be paid in accordance with the table below. <br />The wage rates listed in the table below shall be used for purposes of calculating <br />overtime, holiday pay, incentive pay, and other items that rely on a base wage rate. <br />Regular Full Time Police Officer Wage Rates: <br /> 2011 2012 <br />Start $ 20.85 $21.27 <br />After 12 months of continuous employment 24.07 24.55 <br />After 24 months of continuous employment 27.29 27.84 <br />After 36 months of continuous employment 30.54 31.15 <br />A.2 Investigator and~uvenile/School Liaison Officer <br />Compensation for individuals assigned to duties of the listed positions shall be at the <br />rate of 4.5% above the base rate of pay. <br />A.3 Insurance Contribution <br />The Employer agrees to provide a combined payment of wage and insurance <br />benefits to regular full time employees. For computation of various benefits <br />pursuant to this Agreement, Union employees will participate in and receive the <br />same insurance benefits as the City's non-union employees. <br />A.4 Post Retirement Health Care Savings Plan <br />Employees shall contribute to the Post Retirement Health Care Savings Plan as <br />follows: 2011 - $65.00 per month <br />2012 - $65.00 per month <br />A.5 Canine Officer <br />Regular full time employees assigned to the duties of the Canine Officer position <br />shaIl use the last one-half (1 /2) hour of the daily work shift for maintenance, <br />gxooming, feeding, kennel cleaning, and similar duties related to the general care and <br />well being of the dog. When not scheduled on a work shift, regular full time <br />employees assigned to the duties of the Canine Officer position shall be <br />compensated for one-half (1/2) hour of overtime for care of the dog. <br />A.6 Field Training Officer (FTO) Pay <br />A-1 <br />
