Based on these generation rates, the estimated average day wastewater <br />flow projected for the portion of the study area west of TH 10 under Scenario 2 <br />would be 0.105 MGD and the estimated peak hour flow would be 0.40 MGD. <br />The portion of the study area between TH 10 and the Burlington Northern Railroad <br />would consist of approximately 20 acres temporary destination retail, l7 acres <br />destination retai1,116 acres of job area, 8 acres of transit center, and 5 acres of open <br />space. An average daily wastewater flow of 1,000 gpd/acre will be used for <br />destination retail, and transit center. An average daily wastewater flow of 700 <br />gpd/acre will be used for jobs area. No wastewater flow is projected for temporary <br />destination retail and open space. Based on these generation rates, the estimated <br />average day wastewater flow projected from this area would be 0.106 MGD and the <br />estimated peak hour flow would be 0.403 MGD <br />Table 18-5 summarizes the estimated wastewater flow generated from the study <br />area under Scenario 2. <br />Table 18-5.
