The two companies I have been working with are Ikon Office <br />Solutions and Metro Sales. Both companies provided quotes on a lease of their equipment <br />as well as a purchase price of the equipment. Both companies' equipment will meet the <br />needs of the Arena. Upon reviewing these quotes, I recommend that the arena lease a <br />copy machine and a fax machine from Ikon Office Solutions. <br /> <br />The quote, including the maintenance contract, is $185.50 a month for 48 months from <br />Metro Sales. Which $157.00 would be for the lease of the Copier (which has a built in fax) <br />and the remaining balance $28.50, would be for the maintenance agreement (please see <br />attached item A for further information). Ikon Office Solutions quote was $163.00 a <br />month for 42 months. Of the $163.00, $117.00 of this would be for the lease of the <br />Copier, $16.00 for the Fax, and the remaining balance of $30.00 would be for the <br />maintenance agreement (Please see attached item B for further information). <br /> <br />Once the duration of the lease is completed, either company provides a buy out which is <br />determined by the fair market value of the equipment. This is usually about 10% to 15% <br />of the purchase price.
