At the <br />last Board of Adjustment meeting, the Board suggested that staff review the <br />existing ordinance relating to the size allowed for accessory structures and <br />how it affects larger parcels in the urban service area. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />The City Council is asked to consider initiating an ordinance amendment <br />that will base the square footage allowed for accessory structures, for lots <br />located within the urban service area, on the size of the lot on which the <br />structure will be located. <br /> <br /> \\elkriver\sys\shrdoc\planning\scott\accstamd.doc <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway * P.O.
