A couple of conditions that <br />applied to this parcel included maintaining a 50' no-cut strip along the north <br />boundary of the plat, as well as a 50' no-cut zone directly east of this property <br />within the residential area of Hillside Estates. As mentioned above the <br />proposed plat involves creating two commercial lots which each will be <br />approximately 2 acres in size.
