ity of <br /> <br />River <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />Item# ~.10. <br /> <br />TO: <br />FROM: <br />DATE: <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />Steve Ach, City Planner~~ <br /> <br />October 20, 1997 <br /> <br />Request by Phoenix Enterprises for <br />Preliminary and Final Plat Approval <br />(Hillside Crossing Five), Public <br />Hearing Case No. P 97-14 <br /> <br />Issue <br /> <br />Phoenix Enterprises is requesting preliminary and final plat approval to <br />subdivide approximately 7 acres into 2 commercial lots. The two lots will <br />have a lot area of .8 acres and approximately 6.2 acres. The property was <br />originally platted along with Hillside Crossing Two and was final platted as <br />an outlot. <br /> <br />The utilities to serve the two lots in the proposed plat were also installed <br />with the Hillside Crossing Two public improvements.
