The two lots will <br />have a lot area of .8 acres and approximately 6.2 acres. The property was <br />originally platted along with Hillside Crossing Two and was final platted as <br />an outlot. <br /> <br />The utilities to serve the two lots in the proposed plat were also installed <br />with the Hillside Crossing Two public improvements.
