The residence <br />has access off of Ulysses Street about 120 feet north of the intersection of <br />Ulysses and 197th Avenue. The house is oriented towards 197th Avenue and is <br />situated in the center of what is proposed to be parcel B. The existing house <br />and detached garage meet all the setback requirements of the Rla zoning <br />district. Parcel A has 391 feet of frontage on 197th Avenue with access also <br />being provided from 197m .
