A developer's goal is to get project <br />approval. Who bears the financial <br />responsibility when changes must be made? e.g. at what point does the name of the street <br />become official? <br />Jobn Weicht, Weicht and Arroczate r <br />He has experienced dealing with multiple departments who require the same information. <br />Developers shouldn't have to answer the same questions twice. The questions should all be <br />on one list. Does the City want warehouses? After wetland <br />delineation, the City will maybe have 20 acres to develop. <br />Victor Pacheco <br />The current zoning doesn't matter. The City needs to determine the highest and best use for <br />the site. Can the site be rezoned for residential? <br />
