Human Resources <br />2012 Goals <br />^ Update the City's Personnel Policy Manual and any departmental policy manuals that <br />reference or duplicate the City's manual. <br />^ Implement electronic timekeeping if not done in 2011 and approved by City Council. <br />^ Develop Human Resources page of the City website to include FAQs and other items of <br />interest to job seekers, employees and the general public. <br />^ Design and implement formal processes for new employee orientation and exit interviews <br />for departing employees. <br />^ Continue to oversee the volunteer program. <br />
