NW <br />Elk River, MN 55330 <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />Case No. LU 03-02 and ZC 03-04 (Morcon Construction Requests for <br />Outlot A of Brentwood and Lots 3 & 4, Block 3 Ridgewood East 3rd <br />Addition. <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council I hope that you will approve the request to amend the <br />Land Use Plan for the subject property to Highway Business and to change the <br />zoning from Single-Family Residential to Highway Commercial so that all the <br />residents of Elk River can benefit from this commercial opportunity along the <br />Highway 169 corridor. <br /> <br />As a resident I believe we are in desperate need of these types of commercial <br />opportunities so that we may put our money into the establishments in Elk River <br />rather that in the surrounding communities.
