The Brentwood Subdivision was <br />platted in 1980 into 101 single family lots with an average tot size of <br />approximately 2 to 2 1/2 acres. The request involves a rezoning and land use <br />amendment from Rlc (Single Family Residential) and 1V[R (Medium Density <br />Residential) to C3 (Highway Commercial) and I-IB (Highway Business). <br /> <br />P.O.
