He stated that the City <br />Attorney, Peter Beck, is working with him in drafting language for the proposed <br />amendment, which will be presented at the next regular Planning Commission <br />meeting. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER KREGER MOVED TO CONTINUE THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE ZERO <br />LOT LINE CODE AMENDMENT, PUBLIC HEARING CASE NO. OA 95-03 TO THE MAY 23, <br />1995 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING. COMMISSIONER THOMPSON SECONDED <br />THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> <br />Steve Ach noted a draft PUD Ordinance amendment will be presented to the <br />Planning Commission at the workshop meeting. <br /> <br />Steve Ach distributed registration forms for this upcoming workshop. <br /> <br />There being no further business, COMMISSIONER MINTON MOVED TO ADJOURN THE <br />MEETING. COMMISSIONER KREGER SECONDED THE MOTION.
