The property is wkhin the Urban Service District. Services are <br />located at the intersection of 193ra Avenue and Holt Street on the south, and at 197~h Avenue <br />and Highway 169 to the east. <br /> <br />There are two single-family lots, Lots 1 and 2 Ridgewood East 3ra Addition, that would abut <br />the proposed commercial land use and zoning designation. <br /> <br />History <br /> <br />Brentwood Plat <br /> <br />The Brentwood subdivision was approved in 1980 and is comprised of 101 single-family lots <br />averaging approximately 2 - 2-1/2 acres in size. Over the years there has been much <br />discussion regarding the protective covenants of the Brentwood subdivision. A copy of the <br />Brentwood protective covenants is attached for the Commission's information.
