Delay the entire process until a new city administrator is on board. <br />BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION <br />We now have 81 applicants for the Parks and Recreation Director position. The Council needs to have a <br />discussion as to the course of action with these applicants. <br />If the Council decides to proceed with hiring, the interview committee from the last go-around could be <br />quickly reactivated.
