Police <br />2012 Goals <br />^ Reduce thefts from motor vehicles and night time vandalism through public education, <br />deterrence and aggressive enforcement. <br />^ Reduce semaphore/stop sign violations and neighborhood speeding complaints through <br />voluntary compliance, enforcement and engineering. <br />Identify, mentor and train future police department leaders to provide for a seamless <br />transition of supervisory and command staff as anticipated retirements occur within the <br />department. <br />
