I understand this are to be <br />changeable copy; if its electronic changeable copy, please provide a note on the plans. <br />The Grassing Church will continue to post °`Serrnon series Signage°' <br />similar to what they post currently on the corner of School Street and <br />Jackson Ave. i he eigrtage will not be electronic and v~~ili change every <br />four weeks to a new sign descriiaing the new "Sermon Series", In the <br />future, the church may desire to have electronic signage, but we are <br />vurrently not proposing to do that at-this time. <br />i3uildin~ design <br />11) l reviewed the building height. Because the language cf the <br />ordinance is unclear, u,~e have interpreted that lot coverage calculation is applied to the <br />building only, not the pari<ing lot. This is consistent with the application in the past, and <br />amount to a lot coverage area of approximately 1~°Io. <br />1~} Please provide coiorand material samples for review by the Planning Commission <br />and City Council. <br />Vanrn~n Architects and Builders will .provide photo codes of materials for <br />review by the Planning commiission and City Council. <br />Revised plans will be sent by .July 1 ~m Tor distribution in the City Council Packet for the <br />July 18tH mAeting.
