The following conditions were included as part of the original approval of the <br />plat and the conditional use permit. The conditions in bold would need to be <br />amended should the proposed changes to the site plan be approved. <br /> <br />Preliminary plat to plat 23.5 aces into one lot with tl~e following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1.
