RESOLUTION 97-~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION AND PRIMARY <br />CONTACT PERSON FOR COMMUNITY ROADSIDE LANDSCAPING <br />PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Elk River act as sponsoring unit for the <br />project identified as Elk River Highway Beautification on the state trunk <br />highway 169 north of School Street to be conducted during the period April <br />1998 through May 1998. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Phil Hals is hereby authorized to apply <br />to the Minnesota Department of Transportation for funding of this project on <br />behalf of the City of Elk River. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 6th day <br />of October, 1997. <br /> <br />Henry A.
