This Change <br />Order adds a culvert under the new Simonet Drive access to TH 10 and beefs up the shoulder <br />section along the north side of the highway. This Change Order was necessitated by the <br />phasing of construction, there will be traffic detoured on to the shoulder area during the paving <br />of the concrete median and left turn lane. This Change Order has already been approved by <br />Mn/DOT District #3. As you are aware this project is 100% funded by Mn/DOT therefore there <br />is no cost to the City of Elk River for this Change Order. <br /> <br />The amount of the Change Order is $8,199.26.
