Call Meetinq To Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Executive Session meeting of the Elk <br />River City Council was called to order pursuant to Section 471.705, Subd. ld(e) of <br />Minnesota State Statutes at 8:11 p.m. by Mayor Duitsman in order to discuss <br />matters protected by the attorney/client privilege. <br /> <br />City Attorney Erik Hawes updated the Council on the personnel issue relating to <br />former police employee Matt Habben. The City Attorney distributed the <br />agreement that had been drafted regarding the matter. The City Council <br />reviewed the terms and conditions of the agreement. <br /> <br />10.1C. Adjournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, MAYOR DUITSMAN ADJOURNED THE EXECUTIVE <br />SESSION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AT 8:20 P.M. <br /> <br />The Executive Session of the Elk River City Council was adjourned at 8:20 p.m. <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
