Department Updates <br />The City of Otsego has approached the Ciry of Elk River to discuss their recreational <br />program offerings. They wish to explore the concept of working with the City of Elk River <br />in delivering recreational programs to Otsego residents. Staff met with the Otsego Parks <br />and Recreation Commission to discuss what recreational programming they feel would <br />positively serve their community. This information will now allow our Department to <br />determine if a plan can be developed that will benefit both organizations. <br />The Parks and Recreation Director position is currently in the process of being reposted. <br />The posting will remain open until filled. The Commission will be continually updated on <br />the hiring process. <br />
