As you know, the Elk River Fire Department has initiated swell-rounded fire safety program. We have received very positive and encouraging feed back from the children, their parents, and teachers. We recognize the need for an ongoing effort to reach our children. In cooperation with the Elk River Area Schools, we will be providing fire safety education material for our children. These materials have been designed and supplied by the National Fire Safety Council, a 501 (c)(3)1ax-exempt, non-profit organization. To help cover the cost of these materials, our department is again seeking your help as concerned businesses, industrial, and professional leaders to support this vital program. Previously, you generously sponsored children in the amount of $ .Cost of materials have risen. Would you please consider a similar or increased donation this year? Your continued contribution is necessary to the success of our program and is greatly appreciated.
