The land use plan application was an issue raised by city staff as <br />part of the School District's application to develop the Alternative Learning <br />Center (ALC) on the southern end of the site adjacent to community <br />education. The property has two zoning designations of R4 (Multi-Family <br />Residential) and I1 (Light Industrial) and are not consistent with the current <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
