The following items, per your May 14, 1997 letter, <br />have been addressed in the geometric layout: <br /> <br />Closure of the north Xenia Avenue access to TH10 and removal of the east bound TH <br />10 left turn lane at Xenia Avenue. <br /> <br />2. Closure of the west frontage road access to Upland Avenue; construct cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />Closure and removal of the north frontage road between Upland Avenue and Cretex <br />Plan entrance. <br /> <br />Based on discussions with Tom Dumont regarding the Upland Avenue/TH 10 intersection <br />geometrics, opposing left turn lanes have been shown for Upland Avenue. The proposed TH 10 <br />intersection width has been based on turning movements for a single-axle bus with no conflicts. <br /> <br />The proposed traffic control signal system will be a full activated signal system with five phase <br />operation. Protected left turn phasing will be provided on the eastbound and westbound TH 10 <br />approaches to Upland Avenue. <br /> <br />Please contact me with any questions. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Howard R.
