RESOLUTION 97 - <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br /> THE 1997 OMNIBUS CRIME BILL GRANT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that Elk River Police Department enter into a <br />cooperative agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for <br />the project entitled 1997 Omnibus Crime Bill C.O.P. Grant for Overtime <br />during the period from October 1, 1997, through September 30, 1998. <br /> <br />BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that Thomas Zerwas, Police Chief, is hereby <br />authorized to execute such agreements and amendments, as are necessary, to <br />implement the project on behalf of Elk River Police Department. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 15th day <br />of September, 1997. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />John J.
