How Compatible is it with Surrounding Properties? <br />This projects location will be taking an existing commercial building located in Elk Park Center <br />and converting it to a restaurant. It is currently surrounded by many restaurants and retail <br />businesses. The PUD allows this type of business and it should enhance the area. It will fit in <br />extremely well with the surrounding. properties <br />Hours of Operation <br />The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Service will begin at I lam and <br />end at lOpm. The lunch buffet will begin at 11 am and end at 2:OOpm. The dinner buffet will begin <br />at 4:30pm and end at 8:OOpm. The restaurant will be closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving. <br />Number of Employees <br />Two weeks prior to opening, all employees will be hired and start training. Pizza Ranch will <br />create 4 full time jobs; General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Kitchen Manager, Guest <br />Services Manager. There will be approximately 70 part time jobs created, most of who will <br />average about 20 hours per week and about $7-$11/hr. <br />Number of Parking Stalls <br />Existing /Remaining Existing - 52 / 32 <br />Additional - 56 <br />Total - 88 <br />Proposed Screening of the Site? <br />Landscaping will be used to screen the building. Landscaping will conform to all city <br />specifications as listed in the code. <br />Proposed Building Materials <br />The building will be composed of typical Pizza Ranch materials, this includes; fiber cement <br />siding and trim, asphalt shingles, metal roof cap, and stone veneer wainscot. <br />Signage <br />How Many - 4 <br />What type and Where -One sign on Hwy 169 maximum allowable height and size. One each on <br />the North, West and East side of building. See elevations. <br />Is There Outdoor Storage? <br />Garbage in an enclosed area <br />
