Transmission Owner Services and Asset Assignment Agreement <br />control of and capacity rights with respect to its Participant-Owned Transmission <br />Facilities to CMMPA to facilitate CMMPA's reassignment and conveyance of the <br />operational control of and capacity rights with respect to such facilities to the MISO and <br />receipt by CMMPA of Revenues associated with such facilities; and <br />WHEREAS, CMMPA and Participants that have previously approved and executed the <br />Transmission Facilities Assignment Agreement in 2008 intend that this Agreement shall, <br />on or after the Initial Effective Date, supersede the Transmission Facilities Assignment <br />Agreement to continue to effectuate the purposes of the Transmission Facilities <br />Assignment Agreement in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; <br />Now, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br />• <br />• <br />2 <br />
