<br />TRANSMISSION OR'NER AGREEMENTS
<br />CMMPA has adopted an Agency Agreement and has entered into, or will enter into, a
<br />number of agreements that pertain to performance of CMMPA's role as a Transmission
<br />Owner and its provision of Transmission Owner Services pursuant to this Agreement.
<br />Such Transmission Owner Agreements, which are subject to change from time to time
<br />during the term of this Agreement, are:
