Transmission Owner Services and Asset Assignment Agreement <br />(ii) the revenue distribution methodology used by the MISO to distribute <br />Revenues to CMMPA that are not otherwise distributed to CMMPA <br />pursuant to the JPZ Agreements. <br />(c) To the extent Revenues cannot be allocated in accordance with paragraph (b) <br />above, Revenues shall be allocated based on generally accepted accounting and <br />ratemaking principles. <br />(d) In determining the allocation of Revenues among the specific Participants to a <br />particular CMMPA-Owned Transmission Project, CMMPA shall, in addition to <br />applying the provisions of paragraphs (b) and (c) above, carry out the terms of the <br />corresponding CMMPA-Participant Transmission Project Agreement governing <br />allocation among Participants of amounts received or incurred with respect to <br />such CMMPA-Owned Transmission Project. <br />(e) If the Initial Effective Date is established pursuant to clause (iv) of Section 101(a) <br />of this Agreement, then, for any period following the Initial Effective Date during <br />which neither Article 2 nor Article 3 is in effect, the allocation of any Revenues <br />received by CMMPA shall correspond to the rights assigned to CMMPA pursuant <br />to Section 101(b)(i) of this Agreement. <br />(f) With the approval of the CMMPA Board of Directors and upon not less than 60 <br />days' prior written notice to the Participant (or such shorter period as may be <br />required for CMMPA to comply with its obligations under or treat Revenues <br />consistent with the MISO-Related Documents), CMMPA may revise the manner <br />in which Revenues are allocated for purposes of this Agreement if: <br />(i) the methodology used to distribute Revenues to CMMPA under the JPZ <br />Agreements is modified; <br />(ii) the methodology used by MISO to distribute Revenues to CMMPA that <br />are not otherwise distributed to CMMPA pursuant to the JPZ Agreements <br />is modified; or <br />(iii) the CMMPA Board of Directors determines, consistent with the terms of <br />this Agreement, that such revision is necessary to effectively carry out the <br />purposes of this Agreement. <br />(g) In considering whether to revise the manner in which Revenues are allocated for <br />purposes of this Agreement, CMMPA shall consult with, and provide an <br />opportunity for input and recommendations from, the Services Administration <br />Committee. <br />Section 503. Application of Revenues Related to CMMPA-Owned Transmission <br />Projects. <br />(a) Application of Brookings Project Revenues. <br />For each month of each Contract Year during the term of this Agreement, any <br />Revenues properly allocable to the Participant for such month in accordance with <br />Section 502 for the Brookings Transmission Project shall be applied, after <br />deducting amounts due under this Agreement for Transmission Owner Services, <br />30 <br />
