I wanted to respond to clarify a point you had made in your <br />letter regarding the additional conditions discussed by the engineer hired by <br />Ms. Carton. In your letter, you state that three conditions were added to the <br />the City Council's approval for the preliminary plat of Cherrywood Hills.
