The lot on which <br />the project will be located is approximately 60,000 square feet (1.3 acres). <br />The facility will be open 24 hours a day. The proposed project also coincides <br />with a preliminary and final plat request, Hillside Crossing III, to plat the <br />parcel on which the project will be located.
