The area under consideration was <br />identified as a possible industrial opportunity based on the limited <br />knowledge of the property at that time. Subsequently, as the eastern area <br />began to receive more development interest As a result staff has acquired <br />additional information to identify specific wetland locations and other <br />restricting factors.
