The area under consideration was <br />identified as a possible industrial opportunity based on the limited <br />knowledge of the property at that time. Subsequently, as the eastern area <br />began to receive more development interest, staff has acquired additional <br />information to identify specific wetland locations and other restricting <br />factors.
