No <br />washing operation is proposed. If any truck maintenance or garage floor drains are proposed <br />Liesch suggests the use of an oil water separator or holding tank be considered. <br /> <br />Wetlands <br />I reviewed the wetland maps included in the EIS and concluded no apparent wetlands are located <br />on the property included in the application. <br /> <br />Environmental Compliance <br />Based on the facilities described in the application, Liesch suggests the City request the <br />following documents as part of the licensing process. <br /> <br />Air pollution permit applications. <br />Stormwater pollution prevention plan required in the Stormwater NPDES permit. <br />Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan required if aboveground storage tanks <br />exceed regulated volumes. <br /> <br /> <br />
